Registration Rates
Registration includes access to our speakers, catered lunch and dinner Friday, sack lunch on Saturday, and transportation to/from our field tour along the McKenzie River.
- Regular: $195
- Lifetime Members: $165
- Students and Retirees: $100
Cost of lodging is not included in registration rates above for Regular, Retirees and Lifetime Members. Lodging must be purchased either for here for onsite bookings at the HJA or with an offsite facility. If you are a student who would like to stay onsite at the HJA, please indicate that in the Post-Registration Google Form.
We are excited to announce that the annual meeting of the Oregon Society of Soil Scientists will be held March 15th-16th at the H.J. Andrews Experimental Forest! The meeting is being organized around the theme of the Willamette Valley imagined in 2124. Topics which will be discussed include: resilient soils, planetary boundaries, dry land farming, river restoration, and much more! This year we have set aside plenty of time for members to share their exciting research and ideas, please consider submitting a talk to the lightning round or presenting a poster!
How To Get to the H.J. Andrews Headquarters
Please DO NOT simply type “H.J. Andrews Experimental Forest” into Google Maps, you may end up in the middle of the forest with no service! See the map at this link for reference on how to get to the facility from McKenzie Bridge on Highway 126. The H.J. Andrews Website also has written directions on how to get there from Eugene, Bend, and Portland. Please be aware that there is limited to no cell service onsite at the H.J. Andrews. Free wifi will be available once at the facility.
